Frequently Asked Qustions.

 

Under normal usage, if the below glitches appear; please refer to the suggestions for rectification.

  1. Video not smooth during playback on desktop or laptops.

As this product is recording Full HD video file, hence it requires higher graphic processing capability. Another reason is due to the speed of USB module, or card reader module. If you are viewing the video file on an older spec desktop or laptop, it is a norm that the video playback seems not smooth. We suggest you to copy the intended video file to your device hard/storage drive before viewing.

  1. Device crashed(not recording)
  1. Please use a pointy object (such as paper clips, sewing needle, pin etc…), and push into RESET hole for 5 seconds. Device will restart automatically and function normally.
  2. If  (a) solution do not work, please  remove the micro sd cards and use desktop/laptop to format.
  3. OR you can browse into MENU, please use the formatting function of the device to format the micro sd card. 

If all the above suggestions do not work, please do not hesitate to contact our online customer service personal.

  1. Blurry Video.

Please clean the device’s lens and avoid touching the lens with hands. Please check if the lens protection film had been tearing off completely.

  1. Device appears MEMORY CARD FULL on LCD.

Please use the formatting function of the device to format. This may appear when the device had been force shutdown during recording.

Soalan lazim ditanya

Dalam penggunaan normal, sekiranya gangguan di bawah muncul; sila rujuk ke cadangan berikut untuk memperbaikinya.

 

1.    Video tidak lancar/licin semasa playback di desktop atau laptop.

       Oleh sebab produk ini merakam fail video Full HD, maka ia memerlukan keupayaaan graphic processing yang tinggi. Sebab yang lain ialah kerana kelajuan module USB, atau module kad reader. Sekiranya anda menonton fail video di desktop atau laptop berspek lama, adalah normal kalau video playback seolah-olah  tidak lancer. Kami cadangkan anda copy fail video yang diingini ke device hard/storage drive sebelum menonton.

 

2.   Device tergendala( tidak boleh rakam)

      a)    Sila gunakan benda yang tajam seperti klip kertas, jarum jahit, pin dan sebagainya, tolak ke dalam lubang RESET selama 5 saat. Device akan mula semula secara automatik dan berfungsi seperti biasa.  

       b) Sekiranya (a) tidak menyelesaikan masalah, sila keluarkan kad mikro SD dan gunakan desktop/laptop untuk formatnya.

      c)  ATAU anda boleh browse MENU, sila gunakan fungsi format devise untuk format kad mikro SD. 

Sekiranya semua cadangan di atas tidak menyelesaikan masalah, sila jangan keberatan menghubungi perkhidmatan pelanggan peribadi  online kami.

 

3.   Video kaburSila bersihkan lensa dan elak sentuhkan lensa denan tangan. Sila semak samada filem perlindungan lensa telah dikoyakkan dengan sempurna.

 

4.    Perkataan “Kad memori penuh” terbit di LCD device

       Sila gunakan fungsi format untuk. Ini mungkin berlaku apabila device telah ditutup secara paksa semasa merakam.
